We are responsible for everything this site does with your data.
The request form
When you send a request through the form we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
We use them only to answer your request, arrange the measuring visit and prepare a quote.
The request goes straight to our mailbox at info@plastaken.eu. We use no third-party form service. For ad measurement, see “Google Analytics and Google Ads” below.
The legal basis is your consent together with steps taken at your request before a contract.
We keep the correspondence for as long as the request and any work that follows from it require.
The form carries a hidden anti-bot field. It collects nothing about you.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-Z04V39MWNR) to see how many people visit the site and which pages interest them.
We use Google Ads (conversion ID AW-11142502459) to measure whether our Google ads bring in requests and calls. If you arrived through an ad and later send a request or tap a phone number, Google links the two. We do not sell your data.
If you have consented and send the request form, your e-mail address and phone number are also sent to Google in hashed form (SHA-256) to measure ad results more precisely. They are never sent as plain text.
Analytics and advertising cookies are stored only after you have allowed them. Until you consent, no cookies are created and no hashed contact details are sent.

The processor is Google Ireland Limited.
You can withdraw consent at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer. Declining also deletes any analytics and advertising cookies already created.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or erased.
You have the right to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time.
